INTERNET SALES POLICY
Diamond® values and appreciates the efforts of retailers who offer the sale of our products online and in store. To maintain our reputation with providing the highest quality products and customer service, Diamond® requires adherence to our Internet Sales Policy for all internet sales of Diamond® products.

Only official Authorized Diamond® Dealers are eligible to sell Diamond products online.

Images used must be current and accurate for the product being sold. Current images for our entire product line can be found on our Dealer Portal. Your Diamond Representative can provide you with the login information necessary to access the portal.

Product specifications must be listed accurately, per the current Diamond® catalog.

It is the sole responsibility of a distributor, retailer, or team dealer selling on the internet to stay up to date on product changes.

A CA Prop 65 Warning must be included on the webpage of all applicable products, should a Diamond® Dealer be selling products to California Consumers. Our SKU list noting the applicable SKUs, as well as the artwork and language necessary for the warning can be found on our Dealer Portal.
Should Diamond find that any online sellers are in violation of this policy, Diamond will provide a 10-day notice to correct the violation(s). Should the violation not be corrected within the 10-day period, the seller's account will be placed on hold until the matter is resolved, and Diamond® may take other steps to correct the violation(s).
