Cancellation/Return Policy

  • Cancellations:
    • Because we make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt,
      orders may not be cancelled once submitted.  Please email your request for a
      Return Authorization Number
      (see below).
  • Returns:
    • A request to return merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
    • Please email your request for a Return Authorization Number to
      customerservice@diamond-sports.com & include your order number.
      Note, returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
    • All non-defective returned items must be in new condition & in their original
      packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility & is non-refundable.
    • For health reasons, helmets & sliding/compression shorts may not be returned.
    • All Sales Final on Discontinued Items
